Default panniers

When I'm doing bike errands, I'm tired of carrying my stuff in a cheap backpack so I'm looking on buying some panniers from Performancebike.com. Do any of you have suggestions on which ones to buy? And how much stuff can fit in a given size? Thanks.

Jandd Mini Mountains! They're really the only way to go. You want something that is going to hold up in rain, sludge, and still perform. I've toured with them in a week of rain, commuted with them every day, and they are still perfect.
