What a strange tour this year!
I am finding it hard to get behind any of the leaders based on what has happened. I am absolutely pissed off as how these dopers have shamed the sport that we love. What a bunch of idiots. I do hope these events help to finally clean up cycling to where is can again be viewed as the awesome sport that it is without the cloud of doping.
On a lighter note, it would be so cool to see Axel Merckx win today's stage. This being his final season before retiring. He has been a class domestique for so long that I would cheer a stage win for him.

Ah, very nice Kaiser. I'm super excited for the TT tomorrow. It's going to be amazing!

Anyone else hear Sherwen's comment that "may Rasmussen never ride again"?
Ouch.
And what is it with dogs this year - that one nearly took out the entire breakaway.

I'm still curious what proof they have that he lied, other than the word of one guy in Italy who says he saw him there? On the other hand it should be pretty easy for him to prove otherwise. He claims there's a whole village in Mexico that can vouch for him, but what does his passport say?

The accident with the dog today was brutal...But seriously are people releasing their dogs on the riders this year or something? Sure seems like it...
Speaking of today's Stage, what a move by Casar when the rode split at about 2.5km. Led to a really exciting finish for the stage...

I just saw that crash tonight, they didn't have it this morning on the live coverage. I can't believe Casar rode like that after the way he went down, and with that big rasberry on his ass. Felt kinda sorry for Boogerd, though. He gave up any shot he had early on to support El Pollo, and then got fucked anyway. I would have liked to see him get a stage win for his efforts, but so it goes.

Is Levi going to snatch this away from Alberto? AC is dumping time all along the course. I'm not sure that this will be decided today, the top three might end up too close for any of them to just concede. We could see some serious racing on Sunday, which could be the coolest thing ever.

What a ride by Levi today... He seriously kicked some major ass. I thought he would be able to pull out a Tour win in this stage...hell of an effort. Tomorrow should be interesting.

Hell of an effort by Evans and of course Contador as well!
Levi said there won't be any attacking Evans tomorrow but man... 8 seconds... those sprint time bonuses would be pretty tempting.

I wish he would, but then there might be some attacking by CSC on the yellow jersey as well. I think Levi knows this and is going to play the gentleman soldier role well tomorrow.
What a great final TT stage by those guys.

What a ride today by all three guys. I think Levi and Cadel rode some of the better TT's of their careers, and AC rode way over his head. That must have been one huge Yellow carrot dangling in his face!
I think Levi and Cadel are both such classy guys, that they will just use the ride tomorrow as celebratory. They both want to win I'm sure, but that's not how you do it.
Well done to all three guys, that's how cycling should be!!!

Well, Disco had a fantastic race. Yellow and White Jerseys, 2 on the podium, 3 in the top 10, and the overall team title. AND, Contador finished 2nd in the KOM competition, that's pretty studly.
I was glad to see it end, but I'm glad to see guys like Levi and Cadel finally get to the podium and get the recognition they deserve as elite cyclists.
Hopefully, next year will be less dirty. I can't wait!

Great finish! Now I have to wait the traditional 3 days to see if any of the winners were doping before considering it over.

Now we just have to wait for Pound to announce a positive pee test on Contador.
Edit: I see P-man beat me to the comment.
