I've been sick since Sunday, the 15th, which means I've missed the last two Sundays when I could get out and ride.

Keep up the great efforts everyone...I'll get 'er done one of these days.

More dirt! My normal Tuesday nighter was back on as the trail finally dried out. It's been almost 3 months since we last did a Tuesday night. Unfortunately, I started getting sick earlier in the day. Upon ride time and I started to suffer some fever symptoms. I wasn't going to let that stop me. I needed more dirt. At my beloved RCP. 18 miles. avg HR 168. Max HR 188. Good ride, although I was in a lot of pain when it was over.

July 2nd: 51 miles road ride
July 6th: 22 miles road ride
July 8th: 21 miles road ride
July 10th: 39.47 miles road ride (i'm going to start logging exact mileage)

July 17th: 20.40 miles road ride
July 19th: 13.50 miles MTB on road
July 22nd: 25.97 miles MTB ride
July 24th: 18 miles MTB ride

305.55 miles total
101.85% of three hundy.
