The Coming Cycling Apocalypse?
So I was reading about winds in Boulder (emartin) reaching 60+ mph. And I know it's the 17 year cicada hatch in Chi-Town (kaiser). We had frost on the ground in June. Are there further signs of the Apocalypse we should be aware of in this Forum?

45 mph wind gusts in Chi-town today making the 17 year cicadas fly all over the place. I'm not ridin' outside today!
PS: I thought Eric now lives and loves in SS. ??

If this isn't a sign of the Apocalypse, I don't know what is.

It snowed in Steamboat last night, does that count?
Ruined my planned bike ride, had to go swim instead. Stupid Colorado.

Actually I'm physically closer to Boulder than Eric. Wind is 40mph+ here right now with light rain. Wind chill is 29 and our high gust so far was 65mph.
It's snowing on the Summit, about 30 miles west of here.
Yeah, June. Welcome to "Bike to Work Month" in Wyoming.

Bike to work month in Colorado too. Damn.
I'm moving back to Boulder in September, after our wedding. I can't wait. I love Boulder.

Yeah...that was from my third triathlon, after beating cancer and being run over by a pickup truck. Remind us again how many you have done.
Note: You can actually see the scars (they look like dirt) on my elbow from where the stones embedded in my arm when I fell.

There is no "I" in 'Team'. There is one each, however, in 'Win' and in 'Twice'.
