Never heard of it. Sorry. Must be an Aussie model. If it fits you and your type of riding, and the ride feels good and it's in your price range, it's a good bike for you.

Never thought about asking to take it for a spin. Will ask and see how it rides.

I'm not sure what "fit" means and what my type of riding is. Assume fit means physical size etc, and my type of riding will be road geared towards a triathalon somewhere down the line.

Thanks Kaiser, gave me more variables to think about.

Type of riding means you're looking for a road bike most likely. Not a mountain bike or a hybrid or a cyclocross. Unless you plan to do a lot of fire road/off-road typoe riding, you probably want to go with a road bike instead of this type of bike, which is a hybrid.

Fit - your bike shop should be able to help you with this. Depending on the way your are proportioned, your height, and other individual measurements, certain bikes and frames will suit you better than others. For example, really heavy guys that are over 225 lbs don't do as well, generally, on compact frames (the kind with the top tube downsloping). People with longer torsos need to take that into consideration (actually, a good bike shop will do it all for you, so all you notice is that the bike feels 'more comfortable' or 'less comfortable').

Price range - pretty self expalantory.

Good luck and let us know what happens. When you do test ride, a good shop will let you take one out for at least an couple of hours or more. Very good ones will loan you one for a weekend.
