WOOOHOOOO!! Great find!
Sooo I was driving back into my apt. complex today - and what did I see but a sweet old Trek commuter bike that had been in a fire recently sitting by the dumpster. The thing has a pretty rusted out chain, but other than that, it's in good shape. I'm going to get some rust remover, and soak the chain and some of the other parts - and then all it needs are some sweet fenders and a little tune up and it's ready to roll! I'm so stoked, this is just what I was looking for this week after gas prices jumped up! No car this summer, all biking! I'll get some before and after pics soon.

Sweet. I never find anything good.
Reminds me of that VW commercial where those guys find the cool armchair and toss it the back, only a couple blocks later, they notice a smell...
