I plan on doing it all in one day in May. Just trying to keep it real.

I'm going to shoot for 150 miles in May. Hopefully I get more!

I gotta know about the rules. If you get a percentage based on your miles, how would this work?

I say 100 miles and ride 40. That's 40% or maybe 40 points.

But, what if I say 10 miles and ride 40? That's 400% or maybe 400 points.

Seems to me, if I say 1 mile and ride 100 that's 10,000% and I take all of you out myself; even my lovely bride. While that would be cool, it would suck to. Violating the spirit of the rules I think. So what say you? Is it like the Price is Right where you can't go over or what?

I think there's an honor system here. What can you realistically expect to do this month. I thought 150 miles...I came in ahir over that, so it was pretty good. I'm guessing naoth 150 this month because i'm ramping up a bit, but I have a taper at the end of the month.

Back a notch due to the Half Marathon this month (and a couple of sick days this week). 280km = 174mi.

You can set whatever you want, but anything over 115% or so (I'd have to check) only gets 5 points. So you could get 116% of your goal or 1,000% of your goal and it'd be the same points. Just set a realistic goal, I us this more as an accountability tool, something to keep me amped up.

I will shoot for 150 again this month.

Not going to be easy....considering I don't have any and it's the 7th.

Here's hoping that race isn't 150 miles.

Alright, alright already. I'll shoot for 100 again. Haven't ridden an inch since April 29, though. But the weather is starting to improve, so maybe I can do this without too many garage miles.
