19.5 miles with 740 feet of climbing and a 17.06 mph average...
109.4 of 151 = 72%
That's 44 miles for me this weekend, boys and girls...and I still feel good. This bike is pretty amazing. More on that later.

Late posting...got in 10.2 miles of DIRT! last Thursday. Sweet trails in Ft Smith Ar of all places. MTB ONLY, not multiuse, extra cool.
Sorry I'm behind, even more behind in running miles-this month has been a booger with too many commitments. We were at the ball field from 10:30 a.m Sat - 2:00 a.m. Sun then back again most of sunday afternoon. That 2:45 bed time Sunday morning pretty much screwed the sunday ride. Ugh.
65.2/125 miles only 52.2% complete

Bleh (or is it 'meh'?). Missed my group ride yesterday because I was feeling under the weather and slept in. Probably all good because my friend and teammate said the pace was super fast right out of the gate (a 24 mph pace in the first 5 miles?? )
Apr 23: 13 spinning miles equivalent.
April Goal: 416 miles
April m-t-d: 335 miles (80% of goal with 77% of month gone by)

Those are the fun days... when you hang onto the end of the train for dear life and don't get dumped. Wait... that's pretty much every day for me!
Still, being over 40 now, I've learned to listen to my body when it says 'no mas' (yes, it talks to me in Spanish - go figure since my bike talks to me in Swahili).
April 24: Posterior chain day as per EC and RDR. RDLs, single leg RDLs, Good mornings, single leg swiss ball ham curls and reverse rows.

April 24: 33.2 miles at 17.8 mph group ride...and I didn't get shelled out the back. I actually pulled at the front, won the final sprint and had some in the tank when I pulled in...niiiiice.
Then I looked down and saw chain grease on my leg. Noobsauce!

I'm tough!! I'm tough!!! Now if I can just pull an extra 3-4 hours a day out my behind, I'd be set. Another weekend of softball is going to cut in. Planning a long ride for Sunday, crossing fingers and toes.
Brighter note...I'm glad my kid is at a school that makes her work so hard that I spend a lot of time helping with homework. I'm glad she plays a sport that she enjoys even though it is time consuming for ME as well as for her. I'm glad I can go spend days out on the road with my hubby even if it means cutting out workout time. I'm glad my road bike is in the garage and she lets me ride her when I have time without throwing me off or steering me into cars, and that I can't say the same for the MTBs

Just checkin' in Lefties. I'm taking today off...tomorrow is my 50 mile ride for AIDS charity event. If anyone wants to donate in my name, send me a PM and I'll get you a link to my personal donation page.
Hey, I heard if you feel up to it, they have a 70 mile route!
At this point, I'm not going to be so bold as to say I will do that. I've never even ridden 50 miles before. Should be fun anyway...I'll report here on Sunday.
Happy cycling everybody (even Team 2)!
