Lost! Juliet and Ben are my new favorite characters! Excellent acting from Elizabeth Mitchell and Michael Emerson. IMO, Juliet is on her own side. She'll do what she needs to - kinda like Locke. But don't get me going - I listen to Lost podcasts, scan the websites about it; I'm obsessed.
April 13: 18 miles, outside with my new settings on saddle, handlebar, shoes, everything that is supposed to make me more aerodynamic. Not bad - didn't push too bad and did the loop in 1 hour, traffic lights, rush hour and all. Can't tell of the new settings will help me eek out more wattage or not. We'll see on Sunday.
April Goal: 416 miles
April m-t-d-: 214 miles (51% of goal with 43% of month gone by).
If the weather is good and all goes well, I should go above 250 on Sunday.
PS: Here is my saddle time, by week, since the beginning of the year. Happy with the gradual increase.
Week.... Time (hours)
1...... 3.1
2...... 3.1
3...... 2.75
4...... 2.75
5...... 3.33
6...... 3.42
7...... 3.50
8...... 4.75
9...... 4.25
10..... 0 (ill most of week)
11..... 4.90
12..... 6.00
13..... 5.90
14..... 5.67
15..... 7.03

April 15: 39 fast paced miles - pretty cold too. HR stayed at L4/L5 for way too long trying to hang on to the combined A/B team ride today.
April Goal: 416 miles
April m-t-d: 253 miles (61% of goal with 50% of month gone by)

Hey guys - I have to apologize. I've been traveling for work, and living in the hotel I work at since the beginning of April. So I've been out of pocket a bit in terms of tracking this challenge. I'm really sorry I haven't been able to put more time into tracking it and participating in it. Thanks for your patience.
That said, I got 19.5 miles in yesterday, 10% to my goal. Woohoo!! I've got 2 long rides planned this weekend which should catch me up a bit. Go LEFTY!

She IS a liar, but then she sure makes you want to believe that she's all sweet and nice.
Missed my spin class last night. Gonna make up for it on Thursday. Might finally get some warm weather this weekend! Yay!
Go Team Lefty, Go!
