Default Question for anyone that has taken the ACE exam?

OK, I just took the practice test. Truth is, none of the stuff on the practice test I remember specifically reading about. There was no question involving stretches, nutrition, joints, exercise, no question regarding what is a synergist, antagonist, agonist, stabilizer, different types of joints. NOTHING AT ALL about nutrition. All it was was about different types of machines and how to measure heart rate and how medications affect heart rate and stuff like if this person has this condition which form should they sign. Is this how the actual test is? I mean cause that was like a lot of studying I did regarding the anaerobic system, aerobic system, ventricles, the way the heart works, memorizing formulas, and nutritional facts and nothing like that was on there? Nothing regarding atherosclerosis or CAD, CHD, etc.

Thanks.
