Default Isnt it great!

Just had a brief review with a client, he knows what hes doing, so it was just to check his progress and change his routine.

In 6 weeks he has gained 4KG, far more than I anticipated given his job as a postman and the calories he burns.

Im so pleased, makes the job worth doing when you have somebody willing to train hard and follow simple advice!

Also got another chap, pretty big, and everybody is now commenting to him how he is looking "cut up"
He took a big leap of faith (mentally) in coming to me for help, as he was following the same routine for months and loved it. Now finally he is seeing changes and he too is pleased. WHOO HOO

Cheered my weekend up!

I take it he was trying to gain weight? Did you monitor his body composition? It's always nice to be quantitative as well as qualitative.
