Default -12 Days of Fitness-

Not trying to sound like a crab at all, just my $0.02.
I don't know how many of y'all have come across this, but I was curious and gave in and signed up for it...just to see what kinda stuff was being put out there...to see what the "average" non-fitness-professional subscriber would think about it.
I'm sure there's some good info for people, but it's only "day 2" of this promotion (which seems to be highly promoted by it's contributors) and i'm turned off. I could see why one would want to be a part of this, as you contribute your "fitness gift" which gets passed along to however many people sign up for the promotion, but I don't want to sign up to be on a gazillion email lists! Just the few that I had to subscribe to in order to view the "gifts" have bombarded me with emails, most of them encouraging me to pass on the 12 Days promotion to friends. Several of the links for the "gifts" don't work, and the ones i've viewed so far aren't anything that got me jazzed. I think today there's a "gift" which is a workout for homeschoolin' moms or something.
No thanks.
And while we're on the subject, why are people so ga-ga over Workout Muse? The music would drive me nuts! Again, just my $0.02.

The gifts seem to be a far cry from what they were a couple of years ago.

I signed up for it as well, but once I saw that you would have to put your e-mail out there, I started to delete the e-mails as soon as I got them. As soon as I see anything that has to do with "secrets" of training or diet etc., I go on to something else. I've realized that there are very few people out there that I should listen to. Most of the people on the 12 days free gifts, not so much.
