Default Design session for body composition

I am having trouble deciding how to design personal training sessions.

The majority of my clients are seeking fat loss. The also have many of the usual issues: anterior tilt, glut amnesia, weak core.

My question is - it is most beneficial to use most of the session with metabolic resistance training and work on reducing weight which is what they care about, with a minor focus on dynamic warm-up, core stability, and flexibility.

Or do I slow them down on the resistance training and avoid all compensations and work on correcting everything before increasing the intensity.

Thank you.
