Anyone heard of AMFPT?
Stands for American Muscle & Fitness Personal Training Institute.
AMERICAN MUSCLE & FITNESS
A few so-called 'personal trainers' in my gym are certified thru them. Having browsed thru the website, it looks very shady. Anyone heard of their course?
