Default CSCS tables

About to take my CSCS exam on Aug. 23rd....for anyone that has taken it how much material is there on the tables that are listed in there with the certain stats such as male/female, age related VO2Max, strength, etc.? What kind of stuff that are "sidenotes" in the book is on there aside from the main paragraphs in the book? I have been studying like crazy, have no educational background in ex. sci so this is gonna be tough for sure.

I didn't encounter many table data to memorize when I sat for the exam, but have a general idea of the strength test numbers (i.e. an athlete should squat at least 2x's their BW or performing a T-test should be under 10 sec). Know your rest period parameters for interval training, RM %'s, nutrition parameters, etc. I'm a PT student and I didn't find the exam to be easy, so good luck.
