You gotta move to where the market is. There are Equinoxes in Pasadena, Woodland Hills, a few around Hollywood, Santa Monica and some in the South Bay - in higher income areas essentially.

Hmm...one of my sons lives in Pasadena and his brother may be joining him soon. I'm not really keen on moving back to the valley, but Pasadena sounds pretty good. I do like the area, but I'm pretty spoiled with my under $600 house payment. It is definitely something to consider since I know my bf would be a lot more successful. I'll have to give it some hard thought.
