What are your current areas of research?
Hi All,
As a PT it is vital that we all keep upto date with many various aspects of teh wellbeing industry. I was just wondering what everyone is currently researching into?
Personally I am looking at the areas of corrective exercise and postural analysis. I have being working on qualifications via Premier and Chek.

I have been really digging into functional anatomy this year, and postural stuff like you, working closely with a physio and clients now, which is helping out a lot. I am also learning more about pre and postnatal. It's a fun year.

Aside from always learning more about corrective strategies/mobility etc... I've been experimenting with ways to manipulate volume and intensity outside the usual 3x10, 4x8 and so on both on myself and with certain clients.

Hm, that's so very interesting. What has your "research" yeilded? I am so very interested in your research. Wait... I bet those two links in your sig will reveal all the answers, right?
I'll hand it to you spammers, you've gotten a little more creative, albeit not any less transparent.

JP, I didn't read your part of the post about spamming until I actually looked at the second link. While reading the page, it felt like I was watching a car crash, you don't want to look, but you can't seem to turn away. I honestly feel dumber after looking at that page.
Silvister, you owe me 3 minutes of my life back.
