work + PT school is putting a hurting on my energy. I hadn't eaten enough lately either so it was a drag but still got the extra rep on last set. I also forgot the ipod so it was a cumulative bad effect. I was happy to get the extra rep on the last one.

I forgot I also got my MMR shot that morning and was feeling a bit off from that. So I think I can blow the FS up when i hit it again on 3x3. I did a K-bell in-service for one of our gyms after that and am actually pretty sore.

No real pain with this so I will continue with it. Still kinda depressing working with these weighs on the bench. It is incline though and I have rarely done that in the past. But still hard to stay satisfied. I think on this my triceps are the weakest part. So I will be doing some heavy accessory work on them in the future.

Due to no chalk and lots of sweat I was struggling with the grip by the time I got to the snatches so i only did 5 per arm on that. Back feels a bit twinged. I spent 2 hours yesterday doing another inservice on the kettlebells and probably did a bit much. I ended up playing around doing some bentpress and single arm squats while pressing away with an 85lb dumbell which is a bit heavy for me. I think thats what brought the funny feeling on.

Still struggling with alot of stuff. I was supposed to do this friday but felt sick all day and am getting very poor quality sleep now due to headaches and night sweats. Never been an issue before but the last 3 nights have been rough. Anyway, just makes it a bit tougher. If all goes according to plan I will do the deadlifts tomorrow.

Coming off of a bad weekend. Went in and felt weak but stuck with the weights as listed. 415 felt heavy and my knee twaeked a bit. So I backed off did a set of 6 with 315 and then the snatches. Then some guy came over and was talking deadlifts and I decided to get into it mentally and ended up getting 15 reps. Moral of the story I need a training partener or something to wake my ass up.

Workout felt ok. Due to the sickness and stress this last cycle I wasn't able to get too much over the prescribed reps. I am thinking of dropping the training max back ~10% before starting this thrid round. I will do the deload this wed and friday.

I went through and recalculated my maxes and took 10% off the top. So I think these next weights will work better for me. i based the maxes off of my weights lifted in the last cycle. We will se how it works. In other news work + school leaves little time to live.

Short workout due to time constraints. 355 felt light. I stopped @ 10 since that was my goal but it was a nice 10 w/ reps left in the tank. I also just got a 40' 1.5" rope I did a few rounds of cardio with later in the evening at work.

Felt easy enough. I reset in between each rep and had no issues. However my knee started to twinge a bit and so I stopped at 4. i think after I finish this last round I will spend the next two weeks hitting prehab/mobility hard before starting back in. Had a brutal weekend so all in all i was fairly happy to make it in and do what i did.

Ha thanks man. My deadlift has been a bit iffy of late.
But yea, I love it. I live down in the treasure coast and mostly do saltwater. Honestly threw my 9 wt more than anything this year so far. Sadly between school and work I barely get out anymore. 3 half hour workouts a week is sometimes all the free time I can get.

I didn;t make it in yesterday and so I finished my 3rd cycle today. All in all happy. For some reason I decided Leonard Cohen was who I wanted to listen to and I did well. For the first time failure on fs was coming from core not the hips. I am going to really hit these next weeks hard with work on my hips an shoulders to clear up some issues I seem to be getting. Woke up this morning and fished the each walking ~3 miles through sand... I suppose that is part of a workout.
One final thing is I need go get my eating under controll. Most days I do not eat till 12-1pm and then I may or may not eat again till 10pm. These meals tend to be hurried and not as large as I would like. I want to get back around 215 so thats another goal.
