squats look decent, try to stay tighter and avoid shaking. reps 2-3 may have been a little high, not enough to worry about though, you will easily get that last inch or two in a meet.

hard to see the bench, but first thing first, belt down that shirt. You can't jack a shirt down at all without a belt so essentially you are getting the smallest amount of carryover possible from the shirt. Belt it down and then pull the collar down and get the belt tight enough to keep it there, the belt has to be uncomfortably tight for it to keep the shirt down through the entire rom.

most just use their regular power belt.

I bought a bench belt from APT which I like, wasn't too expensive.

I have also just used a regular leather pants belt before, so I could get a better set-up and arch. It worked, but i was always worried of it blowing out.

an inch away from the 2 board? increase your decent speed and water the shirt, that will help.
