I've got a weeks worth of workouts that I need to add to this. I started a new program last week and I can't remember the numbers of what I lifted. I need to bring my notebook with me tomorrow so I can post.

I foamrolled my triceps on this day too. I usually just roll my legs. Triceps was crazy painful. Guess I need to start doing them more regularly.

I suck at lifting in the morning. I had been awake for about an hour. I was very sluggish and tight. I usually lift in the evening after I get home from work.

Hook grip hurt like hell on the Trap Bar deadlift. It felt like my thumbs were getting pulled out.
