2. Squat
3. Deadlift
4. Total
5. BW
6. meet goals ie Win local, qualify for nationals

move this to the other forum lol, but anyway:

At 82.5kg Junior:

1. 165kg
2. 267.5kg
3. 272.5kg
4. 705kg
5. 82.5kg Class, but 87kg training weight
6. qualify for IPF worlds(665kg Total), win junior nationals.

In may - 2100lbs total @ 220 (849/551/705) @ 220lbs in the AWPC (tested).

end of 09. 900/600/722

when i get these goals, they will be set higher SFW!

nice goals bigD. im sitting around 250lbs right when i wake up these days, good weight to be at for strength for my height (5'9). I'm kinda fat but meh, can make out a couple of abs if I have too haha.
