pronged is better, IMO. You don't need double, just get single.

yeah, single pronged belt works the best i find. Ratchet types are allowed, good if you are only going to use it for one lift.. I like my belt different tightness for each lift.
10mm or 13mm is up to you. I never noticed much difference.

Sounds good to me. With a bench shirt, whatever you can lockout you can do once you learn a shirt. So, always can use some mid to top end work.

So should I do something like 8 sets of 1 working up at 2 board or like 4x1 at 2 board and 4x1 at 3 board

I have had more success with the 2nd option. Sounds backward, but do the 3 board first, then the 2 board. (higher board first). Get the heavier weight into your hands first (and likely for a shirt bench, the more important lift)

Its possible. Id still take the f6, because of the angled sleeves you can touch lower with comfort. The lower you touch the more material of the shirt you are using and generally the greater carryover. Plus, push your stomach out and reduce the ROM.
Also, I would train the arch. My arch is not all that great but constantly pushing it up has taken a few inches off of my bench for sure. An f6 you dont need much, if any, of an arch to use one.

I can't tell much of a difference between my f6 and fury lol, I think I have a preference for the fury just a bit though.

I dont really think you can go wrong, both are good shirts.
I am liking my katana AS much more then my SS, my arch was really really bad today and I would still take the AS. The AS is cut more similar to the f6.
I wouldn't think of it as arch VS no arch.. i would think about it as touch low or touch high.

nice squats.
How I do it is -
w1: 5rm
w2: 3rm
w1: 1rm
Then after that 3 week cycle, I deload for 1 week, then start a new 3 week cycle with something else (ie a free squat).

Just go up in say 20lbs incriments after 315lbs until it gets really heavy then maybe go up in 10s until you hit your (approx) 3rm.

best singleply suit you can buy. pretty comparible to most 2ply suits. Wont last quite as long as 2ply gear though.
