Squat-550 is legit
Bench- 350 with a pause
Dead- 575 or better
I know it looks like big gains but I think i will get a nice spike in strength when i start to peak

I think that in time you will be able to get your raw pull well above your raw squat, too.
I'm sure a 600+lbs dead isn't all that far away.

Tris were fried by the end of the workout 8,9,10 sets of bench were all about 10 second lifts

seriously? if 20lbs over your max feels heavy you need way more overloaded work like boards and bands

Do you use a regular power rack? if so put the safety on the lowest position and double or triple choke the bands around that.

also 2 greens is around 200-230lbs tension in most setups, 2 DBs on each side can handle that.

check your last 5 training sessions, you are missing weights in all of them. Thats your problem.. A missed weight in the big 3 can send me back weeks of progress.
