drop the shirted board presses now (or at most use a 1 board) you want to get used to touching weights. I would do something like this:

w1: triples (ONE BREATH) up to 3rm (2nd and 3rd reps on last few sets should touch).
w2: doubles (one breath)
w3: work up to near max single
w4: week out of shirt
w5: triples again
w6: hit opener + maybe 2nd attempt to a 1-2 board

just learn how you want the shirt set-up for the contest. For my first attempt I ride the shirt fairly high so I will have no problems touching, 2nd attempt I bring it down a bit, and 3rd attempt I jack it down some more and pull the sleeves up towards my elbows a bit.

depends on your goals man..

if its strength first, keep your weight high, if its body comp first then cut weight. Its very hard to gain a good amount of strength while dieting, sure you can maintain and get a few lbs here or there - but very hard to say, add 50lbs to your squat, while dieting.

If you're low carbing you'll see a jump in weight as your body refills its glycogen stores (which you probably already know). Great job on the weight loss.

Squat- (story to follow)
315x1
365x1
add suit bottoms
405x1
405x1
full suit with belt
455xDUMP
405x1
465x1
495x1
515x1
raw
465x1
485x1

ok so we figured out on film what the fuck is going on with my geared

squat. My right knee when i am trying to get depth is rotating inward

not just coming in but actually rotating (This can be seen on film we

had 2 differnt cameras going.) Well put more weight on and focused on

pushing the knees out hard made the knee thing kinda go away but still

there. (no one there knew how to wrap knees. I train with all raw

lifters.) Move to raw squats to see if the problem is still there and its

not.

Bent knee good mornings

195x6 (4 sets)

Unreal frustrated with geared squat. Thinking Raw for this first meet being as i only have 3 training weeks left.
