-Weighed 87kg this morning, before any food or drink
-122.5kg is 2.5kg off my best raw of 125kg which i did on 27/02/09. It was comfortable, but I don't know if I have more than 125kg in me, will try for 127.5kg next week.
-3x6 on 100kg is a PR, only got two sets last time
I got my 28 Inzer TRX today, and tried to get it on. Failed pretty miserably, couldn't get the suit over my hips at all. Weighed myself after that, 87kg, being pretty dry too having not eaten or drank anything this morning, must be close to 90kg at night.
Will get a 67.5kg lifter to stretch the suit out a bit tomorrow, and then probably try getting into it again Monday morning, just to stretch it.
I'm going to drop down to comp weight(82.5kg) or close to it, and test out the suit in a few weeks time(13th sep). That is the only way it will go on. Will chuck full equipment on, and probably work up to at least 230, if not 250. I'll probably let myself get up to 88kg before I cut down though.

-Squats were very easy and fast, will probably end up doing 165x6 before the comp. I'm pretty confident about the 200 raw I'll be attempting in 3 weeks time.
-Coach(300kg squatter) said that my set at 160kg was faster than he could do, although he could probably get more reps out than me. Explosiveness yay!

-Pretty tired from work again, like last week, doesn't seem to affect strength though, which is going really well.
-Yoji will be competing in my 28 TRX in september to stretch it out, yay! I'll cut down in weight, and get into it the morning after the comp, that should work well, and then the next week start my comp cycle for 9 weeks, build bodyweight back up to 87ish again.
Make sure you get that suit seated up to your crotch 100% if its that tight.. If its not your knees are going to want to cave in on the decent which is a horrible feeling.

-Still can't beat the 125kg i did in february, and I'm heavier too 3x4 at 107.5kg wasn't going to happen today, so i called it at 3 on the second set.
-Failed 2nd rep of 135kg book press too
-New shirt came in today, will try it out next week, I think if I can touch with it, I'll press 150kg no problems in it, maybe 155kg - but I'm not any stronger raw than in february.
Pretty good, although don't have many clients really. I'm getting between 2-4 hours a week, so 50-100 bucks. I have 2 hours every Monday consistently, got 3 this Monday actually. I think this is only like the 3rd or 4th week though.
I'll want to build it up to maybe 12 hours a week eventually(300 bucks a week) which combined with my government shit(222 a week) would end up being pretty awesome, working 12 hours a week and getting what some people get working fulltime.
It's easy as though, and doesn't really feel like work at all, feels like I'm coming to a gym and chatting to people lol, which is nice.
Got 2 guy who wanna get stronger, so I'm training them like PLers which is cool.

Yeah it's not going too great, I'll bench more if I can touch in this shirt still. But after the comp I might try and gain some meat up there and see if that works.

Thats great. Yea he has quite a rep. lol That was one of the best threads ever over there back when I used to read the boards. I haven't seen any new lifting vids. Maybe ill give it a look when I get the chance.

-I feel the wrist is still a bit dodgy though, but should be able to just train through it to the comp.
I should get a massive boost from this tighter shirt, if I can touch anything in it, as my lockout is pretty strong compared to what I can actually bench lol. Will find out if I can touch anything this friday/sat.
I just "obtained" a copy of Magnificent Mobility, Inside Out, Building the Efficient Athlete, along with a few other videos. I've been meaning to watch these for ages, but couldn't justify shelling out that much cash. Yay! Win!
Also, testing out the new 38 f6 tonight, If I can touch 155kg tonight, I should be able to touch 145kg next week once it's broken in a bit more. I hope...
