Another lifter got video of my lifts, I will post up all 9 lifts once I get a copy of the dvd next week.

2nd squat - All my weight was on my toes when I unracked(thats why it was hard to unrack), and I couldn't get the weight on my heels so I just started the squat on my toes, you can see the point in the middle of the squat where I regain my balance before I lockout.

3rd squat - Felt pretty good, but felt like I could have done it a bit better, maybe a slight missgroove.

Comp Squats:

Comp Deadlifts:

Good Progress. You've got me on deadlifts and squats (hip issue keeps me from squatting heavy).

330 Bench, was up to 405 Squat before my hip gave me the middle finger, and a 505 dead as of Wednesday.

As far as a show, I'm not ready for one soon. I'm still bulking (going to 220), so dieting is the next step.

Keep it up.

Also, what should I do to get my squat up? Focus on more singles? (Pretend I don't have a hip problem.)

What gave my raw squat a big boost at the start of the year was doing the smolov base mesocycle for 3 weeks, that got me to 190kg pretty fast. But since you have a hip injury, there's no way I'd want to be smashing that much volume.

I'd probably not focus on singles actually, 5's and 6's seem to be good, I do them most of the time, and cycle down to lower reps before a comp. Maybe something like 5/3/1 or your own creation of a low volume(for the hip) periodised cycle. I never train singles actually, singles = PR setting for me. I only go down to doubles, but they are light and I don't think that's what really gets me stronger, probably all the weeks of 6's.

I feel so naughty asking a smaller guy for advice.

All jokes aside, thanks. Sticking with doubles and singles is probably what has caused my squat to stall.

Everybody in the world except this guy need cert 3/4 in fitness before they will even see me, it costs $2000.

This guy knows his shit, and knows that the industry certifications are rubbish. I didn't even give him my resume, just a few emails back and forth, and then a chat in person and I got the job. I found it advertised on a forum lol, I really got lucky here!
