-I'm getting alot stronger on the pulldowns, 140lbs for 12 used to be a struggle!

Well in a 12 week cycle like this, weeks 1-6 are easy, and below my rep PR's for the main lifts. Weeks 7-12 are PR's - for the squat and dead anyway, for the bench I'm trying something different, a wave cycle that doesn't really get hard until the last few weeks.
Last week of raw 6's will be 150kg in 2-3 weeks time.
Simon, don't you feel like you have to hold back some? I mean don't you get to six reps and think 'well I could do six more, but that's not written in the program'?

Also kinda had a crash today, not sure if it qualifies as a crash though - front right tyre blew, spun out onto kerb where the rear right tyre then also blew, barely any damage to the car at all.
I have to take the train to the gym tomorrow... FUCK!!!
