Your hands are close, jeez.

Your stance is close too.

When did you start squatting high bar Frank?
I would think that you'd almost need to with the weights you're putting up. Can't imagine holding that much in a low bar position.

I don't see what you changed lol. I thought you'd say "I can't imagine holding that much weight in high bar position".

I find it easier to hold heavy weights high bar than low bar. Less effort keeping the bar there.

when you have a suit with thick straps low bar is very hard to get a good feel for.

I always wondered about that.
I noticed a difference with just the singlet, thick straps would really make it difficult.

yep, some people really have problems and the bar ends up rolling all over the place. my bar position is stupidly high though, people make fun of me for it haha.

today we haven't official info about this doping tests.
and still waiting results.
if info about doping failure is a true,
Russian IPF national team will lost several top-lifters
Beliaev - disqual for life
Barkhatov - same
Tarasenko & Zaugolova - 1 year disqual
if it's true, IPA or a WPC-WPO can recieve several really strong russian lifters

maybe we can see who is the strongest on a level playing field now

LOL DAMN RUSSIANS LOL

It is true that the suit kinda screws with your bar groove on your back, but its not really an issue until i pull my elbows under. This just means that at the top, my elbows are back, and i pull them under as I squat(the bar rolls down my back a bit as I do this).

All this little shit makes a difference:
-low bar squatting probably alows me 5lbs more
-pulling my elbows under allows me 5lbs more
-dropping fast allows me 10lbs more
-keeping the hands in close allows me 10lbs more(much harder for me to generate power when everything is not tight)

All this crap probably adds up to 30lbs for me lol! If I squatted with shit technique I'd be stuffed. I've got most of that now, so the thing that matters for me now is just getting that 100% perfect bar groove, hitting that sweet spot that will make even a 20kg PR fly up like 100lbs.

No, it's just 10 weeks away.

But you're not even squatting OR deadlifting 400(or 500) yet...

Bring it on, you Vagina McGinerstein...

Can you squat 400 without your suit on?

And I will bring it.

A very good race indeed.

I wonder if PA ever made 400. He wanted to have it by June (so did I ).
If the guy ever came online anymore...

he hit 315x5x5 and 355 for an easy single. He's got a sweet ass weight room though, with some GHR machines. No doubt he's going to get strong and smart if he stays there.

Maybe not though, I didn't check. Just in case I take back calling him a bugger.
