Did Legs today, and was such a shitty day that I'm too embarrassed to post numbers. I started out squatting but I had to do Leg Pressing due to a very bad pain in the left side of my hip (same place I had hernia surgery; hope this doesn't mean anything).

I did 8 sets of Leg Presses (different weights, reps), 3x10 with Leg Curls, and 3x8 with BB Toe Raises. I did enough weight/reps/sets because I can still barely walk. Next week I'll come back fresh and kill 'em.

Just a bad day, but we all get those.

TIP OF THE DAY
Stay in there even when the goin' gets tough. You won't regret it.

Chest/Back

BB Bench 3x4-225, 1x1 245 (missed)
DB Incline 3x8-75
DB Flat 3x10-85

Deadlift 3x6-8-315
Pull-ups 3x8
Lat Pulldowns 1x10-170, 1x8-200, 1x4-245
Seated Row 3x10-305

Been stuck at 225 on bench for some time. I may need to up the weight and just work my reps up. What do any of you think? Also, lighter weight on deadlift because I left the chalk at home. My hands kept slipping from the sweat with 405 so I just did higher reps with 315. I'll be sore tommorrow.

TIP OF THE DAY
Don't believe you can't.

Try 10x3s

One session hit 10x3 for what you can do for about 5-6 reps. make sure you hit every single rep. do not go too heavey to were you only get 1-2 the last set. get all 30 reps. try using like 205. Make the reps PERFECT.

the next week hit the same weight 10x4, 10x5 the next. then go back to your regular training. aside from maybe pushups, make that the only pressing you do for that session. I wouldnt even do the push ups. Do not be afraid to try something new. Take it from someone who pressed 3 plates in the high 180s.
