Notes: God that spotter pissed me off, why the hell would you touch the F'in bar if you do not need too. Shit pissed me off. Other than that the 185x6 was a huge PR. I really think this is the strongest I have ever been. The speed of the progress and weight gain is alarming. I hoped on the scale real quick and was 197 in my clothes at night. Probly over 190 empty stomach morning weight which is great.
Did notice some discomfort with the SC joint when doing the shrugs. Not pain, just discomfort.
Next week will be hectic. Final tomorow in Finance, then I start Personal Selling on monday and my b day is wed, will hit the gym when I can.

I used my photoshop skillz to render that pic to the same size as this one taken 18 months ago. I matched matched the jaw, lip width and wrist to make them as close to identical in relation as I could. What blew me away aside from the lake of a tan is how much bigger my arms and, more noticeably, my forearms got. I guess its true to got to gain 15+ lbs to add an inch to your arms
The pics are 20 lbs apart, 173.0 and 193.0. Arms 15" and now 16"
you piss me off b/c our arms are about the same size (i think mine are 15 something), but yours look significantly bigger. I think it's b/c i'm much taller? I dunno.
You do look significantly bigger in #2 though.

update, my squat has been coming along nicely. I can rep 315 5-6 times ATG, hit 335 today like butter. Plan on being able to rep 350 x5 in 6 weeks, will let you all know how it goes.
right now my flat bench is still at 275x5 for about 4 sets. My bent BB row is around 235x6 strapless. Hit 275x1 with straps.
My platform Snatch DLs are at 385x5

I didnt flee to anywhere. I just have been real busy, moving, work, school and my mom had a quick stint in the hospital. Glad too know I should be made fun of for taking time away from to board for my personal life.
I have lost any if all aspirations of getting to 215. I would like to stay around 185-195 indefinitely. Im too F'ing short for any more.
As far as an explination for my BW. I am around 189-190 empty in the morning now. I have been jumping rope again and my diet is now what I call "comfortable".

8 inch chicken breast sub on wheat with avocado and chips
gym is shuttin down for a week between summer and fall. Going to daytona then I got a buddy commin in town. Going to drink lots of beer, eat pizza, chicken wings and the like. My favorite wing place has all you can eat wings on mondays, gunna F that place up. I usually kill close to 30 each time, never gone on all you can eat. On that note I start dieting down august 10th. Going to do it g flux style, and at a nice slow pace. 2 lbs a month or so. Should finish off around 185-180ish.
