You guys need to come to Canada. Sure we talk funny and wear toques but there are very good looking girls here and statistically less fatties!

you would be amazed at UK, due to the sheer number of complete ugly douchebags that get girls that are easily a 9.0-9.5

A Panora pressdown is a rope tricep pressdown, in which you only do the lower half of the movement, you can typically do much more weight this way, but at the same time, the amount of heavy tension on the tri's is fantastic.

Trainin at the YMCA

-4 Board (Raw)

worked up to 405 x 2

- Tate Press

2 x 10

- Lat Pulldown

3 x 10

These twice daily workouts are taking their toll. Motivation was in the crapper last night. Went home and ate a big steak and a salad, which means prowler tonight for punishment.

Will have excellent YMCA video shenanigans up later

Man, Have completely let this thing go to hell...

Sorry about that.

Since I last posted My knee got much better, but then I had a fairly signifigant back injury while squatting. So Ive become a full time bench attempter and full time fatass.

We are trying to get our weekends arranged to spend a few saturdays training at Big Iron Gym in Omaha (~2hrs. away)

My training has been a mish mash of serious bench training and straight BB lower while trying to keep as little stress as possible to my low back. Still doing some back work but am being as cautious as possible.

My last workout was this:

-Bench

Bar x a Bajillion
135 x 15
185 x 12
225 x 10 I think
275 x 3
315 x 1

-3 Board w/shirt

365 x 1
365 x 1
405 x 1
425 x 1
455 x 1

-5 board No shirt

315 x 5
365 x 5
405 x 5
455 x 3
500 x 1
550 x 1

-DB Incline

up to 4 x 8 80lbs.

-Incline Tate Press (damn these were taxing for some reason)

4 x 10

-Lat Pulldowns

4 x 10 stack

- Tricep Pressdown

8 x 12 stack

- Dips

4 x 10

-Face Pulls

4 x 20

-DB Hammers

4 x 10 80lbs.

I'm glad to see you logging again. It was cool to meet you at the summit, even though we really didn't talk much. You are one big dude!

I was looking forward to a training session, but the weather screwed that up. Maybe next year.
