The pain set in during set 2. It only got worse. Bad pain, radiating from my collar bone down into my forearm. I could barely grip the bar on that side. I'm guessing it's a scalene issue. Whatever it is, it fucked up the entire day. Every rep hurt on every exercise, and my left arm gave out on a few sets.
