anyway the have a lightweight under 84kg division, heres the events requirements

Light weights - Under 84KG

- Farmers Walk 2 x 70kg = 140kg for distance
- Log Lift 1 x 80kg for reps
- Atlas Stones 5 x 70kg - 80kg - 90kg - 100kg - 110kg for time
- Conan's Wheel 1 x 180kg for distance
- Shield Walk 1 x 100kg for distance

Looks like I have some numbers to aim for. Don't know if there will be any competitions in my area, would be cool to compete though.

None of those weights are light to me at the moment. Be impressive to hit those numbers and even cooler if you were able to do it in a meet.

Another site for you is Aussie Strength

Trap Bar Deadlift: 450lb for reps
Yoke walk: 550lbs
Farmers walk: 215lbs/hand with 2 turns
Carry and drag: carry 190lb keg drag back 500-600lb sled.
yep, your event sure looks tougher,
there is also a Medley (Tire flip, chain pull) listed as part of the events section, but it doesnt mention any of the weights involved.

There not light to me either, some good numbers to aim for though
If I can O/H press 80kg for reps I would be happy with that alone.

I have I have checked out Aussie Strength quickly, doesnt seem to get a great deal of traffic.

Another week, nice work! You're on a roll here!

And 80kg for reps would be good! I think I'll get to work on that after my PL meet is done.

Your chins are coming along nicely.

Is the plan just doing 20reps (or whatever number) in the shortest amount of time? Ie as many sets as needed and try to keep rest short.

Yes thats the plan, I really should keep track of the time it takes for the overall set, but I dont. If I could eventually crank tem out in 1 set I would be very happy.
