Not strong yet, but workin on it!
Cooool! A section for strongman and PL logs! Sweet! I stopped updating my other log cuz it was too damned hard to find.
I've started a structured plan... see attachment. I'm in week 3. Looking forward to DLs and bench tonight, and really looking forward to events tomorrow.

It's too far of a drive to go every week. Costs me over $20 to go to Conan's and over $50 to go to ET's. Gas is just tooooo expensive.

Ah, so the log returns here. I'd been meaning to ask you if it was dead or not.
If your log gets lost, just do what I do: post something then use the link in my sig!

Conan's is about 20 miles from my house... but I go from work, so it's closer to 30. My truck is thirsty!

Well... didn't train tonight. Spent an hour stuck in traffic, only to make it to the hangar to find no one there. Everything was dark and locked. Fuck.

Halfway through my first set of curls, my smoke alarm goes off. I forgot I started dinner right before my workout and ended up burning the hell out of it. Burnt italian sausages and spinach alfredo pasta... it was so bad my dogs wouldn't even eat it. My house still reeked of burn this morning. Awesome.

Ow. I sure hope that wasn't in Kansas. Not that a ticket is all that great anywhere.
Nice work. The logs keep going up.

Nope, I-435 and 23rd St. The suck part is I borrowed my mom's car so that I could save a few bucks on gas... and it ended up costing about 4 times what it would had I just taken my truck.
Another suck part... I left my phone at ET's. Serious suckage cuz now I gotta make another trip up there tonight or tomorrow.

I did. Grip is still an issue... who would have thought that 1 finger would make such a difference?
