Thanks man. We'll see how this next week goes. I'll be using the PR's next week as the markers for MS.

Felt fucking energetic today. Went for a PR and got it.

Squat: 355

New PR by 20 pounds from a best a couple years ago. Felt damn solid too. 405 here I come!

I tried some pressing, but my elbow felt like CRAP, so I did a ton of band extensions and now it feels better.

Bench: 265

Hit the new PR! Full-range barbell. I guess Frank was right: the 2board press DOES translate to full-range pretty well.

I finished off with a few sets of 12 on the dumbbells, a bunch of rows and triceps extensions.

Next week, new program.

RESULTS OF THIS PROGRAM:

Squat PR : 355 (+20 from previous best)
Bench PR: 265 (+10 from previous best)

Thanks!

I'm 90% sure I'm going to start Maximum Strength (Cressey). Tomorrow I'm off to visit my brother in Wash DC, so I'm going to let my mind free of lifting for 3 days and then decide when I get back.
