ok, other than the Carson bit being funny, I'm not a huge bug fan either. I mean, I'm ok with the spiders in the garage cuz they're bug control, but they come inside and they're catfood.

so, let's get to a new page already!

Did you guys ever see the new dark chocolate Reece's PB cups?

Do
NOT
Try

Unless you aren't a dark choco lover. Thank gawd I only saw them on the east coast, don't seem to be prevalent out here. It's seriously crack. I'm still thinking about them (obviously) and only ate one of those bizznitches. It's that damned reece's peanut butter too... mmmmm.

I'm nothing by mouth til noon when I get to have some IV sedation and more possible PTSD-causing dental trauma, so I'm frikking starving here! I wonder if coffee will violate the rule... surely the more fluids I consume the easier it will be to stick that giant ass needle in my vein?

I was tempted to bring back the bugs, but I was afraid to have all these women mad at, God but I miss Johnny Carson. He was so much better than anyone who has tried to do that type of a gig since.

Cleaned 57 (+1) but missed the jerk.

I'll take it.

Thanks!

FOrgot the rest of the workout.... did CJs up to 48kg for a couple of singles but stopped when I dropped the third attempt fwd since my right wrist is being a POS, then the dreaded russian skwat program (modified due to my age and infirmities ) with a 74kg max FS as my starting max... would like to see 80kg on that PDQ.

Oh yes, and at the bulgarian-style place? They asked my maxes, I told 'em and they said--"I thought you said you wanted to lift HEAVY?!?"
LULZ.

So FS were: 3x35, 2x42, 6x2x48. Surprisingly tiring!

Haha. I should be up to 80 kg on my front squat in no time at all!

Today, not quite as stellar after working all day, but snatched up to 42.5 then dropped back to 35 for tons of singles and doubles

CJs worked up to 50 for umpteen singles

FS 50x3, 60x2, 68x1, 70x1, 72x1, 2x2x65

That's it.

Volume, volume, volume.

Yesterday:

Sn up to 40kg for 5 singles
CJ to 45kg for 6 singles
FS 3x50, 2x60, 1x67, 2x2x65

That's it. According to my GWF, my caloric burn is frikking RAGING at the moment. All I did was lift and was up to nearly 2600 cals for the day yesterday. Crayzizzy.

Lots of PR's in here lately. Your front squat is amazing, you will be at 80 before you know it. Would that be considered heavy weight?
