A Very Shitty Workout.
Cleans + clean pull to the knee: hahahahaha. Right. Suckage to a degree requiring me to stop entirely on those.
Jerks from front: lost my sole attachment on the front of right shoe during jerks. Highly inconvenient. Went to 50 but only managed one with floppy shoe and non-existent lockout
Front squats: more suck. 3x50, 3x55, 3x2x60. Felt really weak.
Rows: 6x45, 4x47, 6x47.
Total unadulterated shit. Disappointed and frustrated tonight.
Also, I am currently hearing my neighbor's bass on their TV through my wall, and y'know, that really pisses me off. Moving in 8 days back into a frikking house, so all noises are mine alone. AND I'll have a 2 car garage, so room to expand the lifting equipment.

I'm 5'5" with around or about 110-112 lbs of LBM based on skyndex. Suxors for leaning out, and I suspect that I'll maintain between 59-60 and then do a comp week deplete to make weight from here on out.

-these were tough for me yesterday. Better than the last round of cleans I failed at, but that's not saying much. I rushed my pull and dropped early on many, so hoppity hop and unstable catches outnumbered the good ones. My elbows are getting
waaaaaaaaaay zippier though, so I was happy with at least that aspect!
Power jerks from behind 30x3, 35x3, 40x3, 45x1+1F, 45x2, 48x1, 48x1
-trying to catch these at the apex and not ride it down, some worked, some sucked. Still, managed to +6 from the SG power jerks from behind the last workout so progress I suppose
