Last night's workout:

Warmup stuff

Halting snatches 2x30, 2x33, 2x35, 1x37, 1x38 (+3 I think....?)
Jerks behind head 3x25, 3x35, 2x40,3x45, 2x50, 1x55 failed on second one
Sn pulls to knee 2x3x55, 2x3x57 (+2)
Back squat 3x55, 3x65, 2x75, 2x70 that 10 kg jump thing was a little much once I hit 75kg and I shorted my depth slightly so threw ego away and dropped it 5 kg.

Done.

Yeah, thanks and all, guys, but tonight, however....

A Very Shitty Workout.

Cleans + clean pull to the knee: hahahahaha. Right. Suckage to a degree requiring me to stop entirely on those.

Jerks from front: lost my sole attachment on the front of right shoe during jerks. Highly inconvenient. Went to 50 but only managed one with floppy shoe and non-existent lockout

Front squats: more suck. 3x50, 3x55, 3x2x60. Felt really weak.

Rows: 6x45, 4x47, 6x47.

Total unadulterated shit. Disappointed and frustrated tonight.

Also, I am currently hearing my neighbor's bass on their TV through my wall, and y'know, that really pisses me off. Moving in 8 days back into a frikking house, so all noises are mine alone. AND I'll have a 2 car garage, so room to expand the lifting equipment.

OK, I haven't gotten the official verdict on this one, but it felt waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better. Way. So, even if was a complete fuckup, I feel like I accomplished something. Yay, me.

Snatchy warmups: the usual, SG shrugs, scarecrows, DHS, Drop snatches

2 pos snatch (knee/below knee) 2+2*1 @25, 1+1*30, 1+1*33 (dumped the one from BK), 1+1*33.

SG jerks from behind 2x25 (warmup), 3x30,3x35,3x38, 2x42, 2x42, 1x45, 1x47F dumped behind me

SG pull to the knee 2x47 (warmup), 3x55, 3x58 (+1)

Paused FS 2x45, 2x50, 2x55, 2x60 (+5)

Thanks, Espi, it was a long frikking road! Luckily, I didn't lose any strength, so no harm, no foul.

I'm 5'5" with around or about 110-112 lbs of LBM based on skyndex. Suxors for leaning out, and I suspect that I'll maintain between 59-60 and then do a comp week deplete to make weight from here on out.

If you're 110-112 lbs (or 50kg LBM) , that's quite an impressive accomplishment to reach 58kg!

Haha yeah, but it's more about losing that last kg to 1.5 kg by just depleting right before, so I suspect I'll live closer to 16%--so softly ript.

Yesterday's workout.... super tired so nothing spectacular:

Clean warmups: the usual--CG shrugs, scarecrows, DHC

Cleans floor + below knee 30x2+2, 35x1+2, 40x1+1*3
-these were tough for me yesterday. Better than the last round of cleans I failed at, but that's not saying much. I rushed my pull and dropped early on many, so hoppity hop and unstable catches outnumbered the good ones. My elbows are getting
waaaaaaaaaay zippier though, so I was happy with at least that aspect!

Power jerks from behind 30x3, 35x3, 40x3, 45x1+1F, 45x2, 48x1, 48x1
-trying to catch these at the apex and not ride it down, some worked, some sucked. Still, managed to +6 from the SG power jerks from behind the last workout so progress I suppose

Scap rows 35x8,37x8,40.5x8 (+0.5 hahahahaha)

OK, it's not much of a PR but previous best was 40x7, so given my level of fatigue, it counts, dammitall.

Nope I think I may have moved into a retirement community though. People here have owned their homes for 40 yrs. I officially have a nosy neighbor, Don... that's how he came over and introduced himself today. Haha!

OK, I've been lugging stuff around all day, so I'm sure that may have contributed but FUCK my elbows were slow and my drop non-existent on my power cleans. Pitiful.

Power cleans: up to 40 for doubles but suuuuuuuuuuuckage. Lots. Many many many to try to fix. The only good thing I can say is that I lifted my shirt with almost all of them, so at least they were close.

Halting snatches 30x3, 35x3, 36x2+1F that's up a rep on the 35 and the 36. Whooop.

FS: 50x3, 58x3x3. Meh.

K, tomorrow will be better.
