Drop snatch + OHS 5x45,5x55,3x5x65 piece o' cake
Front squat 5x65,4x85,3x105,2x3x115,2x2x12 0
Back squat 5x115,4x125,2x3x135,2x2x140
Jerks up to only 85#, did some jerks off the power rack supports and got dirty looks so called it a day. 1350 calories kickin' my ass.
What were the dirty looks about? When I was learning that exercise, that is how I started. lol

Snatch up to 38 kg 3x1
C&J up to 47 kg 2x1 (yellow plates in da hizzouse! )
Clean grip DL w shrug only worked up to 65x2, getting tired
Drop snatches + OH squat (keep in mind, I have to pick these up from the floor with no squat rack yet): 5x20,2x5x25

Shitty workout yesterday--I had high hopes due to refeed week but my snatches were just horrible
Snatch--worked up to 36kg, failed at 38 kg x3, then continued to fail at 35 kg so done (not sure wtf was going on, it's like I stopped pulling once I got over the knee..??? weird).
CJ: worked up to 48kg for a couple singles but my jerks sucked ass. Dropped down to 45 kg for a couple singles which were just OK.
I just purchased a 99.00 training DVD from Leoko that has like 80 assistance exercises with vid clips so I'm hoping I can correct whatever the hell my problem is.

PhysioTools: Weightlifting for All by the Finnish Weightlifting Federation... got it from Roger someone who owns Atomic Athletics in Bowling Green.
I also got some 10# full sized rubber bumpers, which should help if they ever get here--I don't get to start "right" until I'm at 35 kg (and using the 10kg bumpers) versus when I lift w Jim when I have the 5kg Leokos, so I'm pulling from the ground at the right height from 25kg and up, y'know?
I'll film, I promise... just still in the process of getting used to the new layout, haven't trained w Jim in weeks, etc... grrr.
