I see the three of them discussing the scene, and yes, I suspect the middle writer (Jackie Filgo) may have written the scene.

Heyyyyyyy you two.... enough with the doctor bashing. Greg, you just KNOW I have the lawyer jokes in my back pocket...
Soooo GUESS WHAT CAME TODAY?!?!?!?! Uh huh, uh huh... that's right! My beautiful bar, the collars, and the itsy bitsy metal weights. I need to order some 5kg full sizers but I am good to go for Saturday (Leigh has forbidden me to lift anything more than a finger this week---but it's game on Saturday!).
Body comp wise.... it seems that my old bag self really needs more down time than I think. I retain fluid like a mofo otherwise. So, this week, I'm 0.2 lbs below my weigh in for the competition 2 weeks ago... achieved with salt manipulation for that purpose, but consuming a salt lick equivalent daily now. 60kg, here I come (I am not-so-secretly wanting to compete in 58kg class next)!

I love the retractable part of your platform that is a pretty cool feature. You need a girlie poster on the wall behind it just for the pure irony.

Cool. How are those ankles feeling? I know mine feel better when I'm not carrying a crapload of fluid ...

Heyyyyyyyy look! A WORKOUT!!!!!
OMFG I am rusty.
Snatch: 3x15,3x20,3x25,2x2x30,3x1x35
C&J 2x2x35,3x1x38 I was literally dizzy and very close to passing out so decided not to be an idjit on these.
Snatch grip high pulls 2x3x35
Done.
Here's the finished product--now I just need squat stands and a bar to throw up on them for squats and such and I'm in serious business. Noted today: it gets HOT in the garage, even with the door open. Oh, and dieting sucks. I'm down to 61.9 kg this morning though, so only 1.9 to go until I reassess. It would be nice to live under the weight I want to compete at, but we'll see.

Nice setup. I am envious. One of these days when I have a house, I will have some room for a home gym. In the meantime, I will live vicariously through you guys...lol

Oh it's healed enough as far as I'm concerned... if the scar spreads, who cares? No one sees the arch of my foot as long as I'm wearing shoes, right?
Today's workout: damn, I am WEAK after this much down time. All in lbs today; had to work out at 24 hr fitness since I don't have a squat rack yet.
Back squat up to 3x3x135
Front squat up to 3x3x115
Drop snatch +OH squat 5x45, 3x5x55
Jerk balance + Jerk 2x55,2x2x65,2x2x75
Jerk 2x75,2x2x85,3x1x95
Military press worked up to 2x6x65 (3 front/3 behind neck)
Crunches on the slant board x 20
GHR 2x8
Done. Very long workout on low calories. Very weak and passing out in the squat rack, too. Oh well. It'll come back.
