Ughhhhhhhhhh! What if you left a note for them to take with your signature saying that you okay them leaving the boxes on the porch? I've done that before and they've just taken the note off my door (for proof) and left the package.
It wouldn't hurt to try that, would it?

At least it's heavy enough that the fedex guy might hurt himself hauling it around. That's got to be worth something right?
Ha! Yes. Yesterday, the fedex guy came to the door with the two pkgs that were delivered and gave my stepson a world o' shit about leaving the stuff w him; after he FINALLY accepted his sig for the delivery, my kiddo told him, hey, uhhhh... that needs to go into the GARAGE. LOL! Apparently, the out of shape delivery man was NOT happy... which is why I think he miiiiight be a bit more stringent on his delivery rules, Steph.

Yup, still will be seeing Jim on Saturdays. He's in Beijing now though, so will have a few weeks of just me.
Apparently, there is a bunch of stuff that will be delivered on Aug 5th, so won't have everything until next week. Based on pkg wt the bar should be here today though, so at least I can play with it when my stitches come out this Friday.

Geez Tina, at least I'm training my UPS guy with progressive loading by buying kettlebells in 4kg increments. (Last one was 20kg, the next, 24kg ).

LOFL... yeah, with pillows, too! Matt, you perv....
Thanks Tony! Can't wait to break the damned thing in, already! It is SOLID. My husband is going to rig it so it can be automatically raised up out of the way when not in use--now THAT is pretty damned cool.
I know, Zach! I am very spoiled.
Sorry, I was too lazy to put every quote I was responding to above... I'm ready for a siesta.
Muy jealous ... have a spot all picked out for the video camera?
Hell yeah! I even have a fancy new REAL tripod.

Yes, there's that.
Thanks for keeping my log warm, peeps. I am soooooooooo bored this week! I'm supposed to not lift > 35 lbs for a frikkin month due to the foot; I'm thinking I'll make it nearly three weeks and then I'm gonna have to start adding some weight on there. All is supposed to be delivered on Wednesday.
