That sucks, but at least you got to compete before it happened.

the foot will heal soon! you could still probably get around by doing seated stuff in a week or so when the pain goes down.

Tina..........I'm very sorry about your luck and the stitches. But, like someone else said at least it was AFTER your competition!

Awwww thanks guys!

I *did* eat some delicious cake today: triple chocolate (white, milk, AND dark choco mousse layers in between delicious moist chocolate OMFG yuuuuummmm). My coworkers made me a healthy bday feast for lunch: chicken tortilla soup (all the bad stuff on the side), roasted chicken, spaghetti squash, fruit, and green beans. Defuckinlicious!

And then, of course, cake.

Bought myself a bodybugg so now am trackin'. OL stuff arriving on Tuesday, at which point I will be forced to just sit and lust at it until stitches are out. I'll be doing upper body stuff 'til then.

Frank, too frikkin' funny about your GF's bday. Tell her I wished her a happy one, K?

Nighty night, all.

Tina (AKA officially old bizzatch)

No new shoes yet, Greg...

Will have these stitches for another week plus, so today did a purely UB workout. It was weird. I haven't done anything non-OL related for a while!

Lat pulldowns up to 100#; seated rows to 100#, unilateral cable pulldowns to 65#; DB pullovers to 30#

Bench press (explosive) to 95#

Seated explosive presses to 30# ea

OH shrugs to 85# not sure about these, they were strange

Then just for the fugguvit, did some alligator crawls and such. Very aimless workout in general but it felt good to DO something, anyway.

So, are you IN the new diggs yet?

Lovin' my Bugg ... just weird since I refuse to wear it in my bathingsuit down on the dock ... but otherwise it's great. I strongly dislike the food tracking system ... too many clicks, too much time with the reload ... BAH!! But it's so cool to see the output.

Hey Julie,

The coach showed me how to log total kcals for the day without having to use their program for food (I prefer daily plate!)... Just create a food (like "Julie's daily intake") and set, for example 25g carbs, 100 kcal / serving... Then each day for breakfast, log your kcals that you ate that day.

For example, if I hate 1550 kcal that day, I log 15.5 servings of my "daily intake". Then at least I can see how much deficit I maintain... I could get fancier with protein, carbs, etc - but that might be overkill!

Good idea ... what I did was at the end of the day entered a food item "." and gave it the total calories and grams of each macro that I ate that day.

I put off my coaching session for now. Too much distraction here at camp. I have her email address and will contact her when I get home. But Leigh has pretty much taught me what I need to know ...

Ughhhhhhhhhh! What if you left a note for them to take with your signature saying that you okay them leaving the boxes on the porch? I've done that before and they've just taken the note off my door (for proof) and left the package.

It wouldn't hurt to try that, would it?
