You bet she's going to video the meet! We won't settle for anything less!
Congrats on the C&J PR! Nice work.

FS: Up to 67.5 kg for 2. Jim was feeling extra sadistic today, and I then got to go to 60x3 and 50x5. THAT was rough.
Great workout and nice PR!
I'm still getting used to the idea that anything over 5 reps is considered high in olympic lifting. Last week my coach said we were going light on the FS's and doing high rep work. Then he tells me to do 3 sets of 6. It wasn't long ago that 3x6 was a heavy day for me.

Next time you and Ross are in Galveston, I suggest Giado's and I especially suggest the crab cheesecake with Mushroom sauce, the house dinner salad with their Honey Pecan vinagrette (the waiter was most impressed by your dipping the salad in the pot of dressing thing) and their warm pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. I had this for dinner Saturday night and it was to die for.

I know, right? Every once in a while Jim throws in a finishing set of 10 on back squats; I'm gasping by the end. I can't believe that I used to do sets of 12 and 15!

Tonight I'm relegated to the effing OLIVE GARDEN. Blecccch. One of our techs is changing departments, so she got to choose and it's her favorite restaurant.

Oh nooooees! Invasion of the catz! (I love these stupid things, LOL...)
A workout this morning: low volume leading up to Saturday
Snatch 3x45,3x55,2x65,2x70,2x75 pretty wobbly on the 75, but I'm starting from below the knee and not the floor so mehhh.... not a true translation I hope.
C&J 3x2x65,2x75,2x80,1x85,1x90 left shoulder talking to me today initially. I haven't had any issues with it for a while; I suspect the PR work on Saturday left me with a little recovering to do yet.
Snatch high pull 3x2x85
Clean high pulls 3x2x100
Back squat 5x115,4x135,3x155,2x170,1x180
I wonder what I can squat to parallel now? ATG is waaaaay harder.
