Light workout today. I have a training meet this weekend too. A friggin' car alarm woke me up at 5am and I couldn't get back to sleep. Totally annoying.

Warmups - dynamic, stretching, bar warmups

C&J - 2x2x20kg, 2x1x25kg, 1x30kg, 5x1x35kg, 1x40kg, 1x42.5kg, 1x45kg, 1x47.5kg

When we were in college, my now husband's roomate tricked out his 03 chevy cavalier with a crazy alarm system. The air guard did their drills early in the morning, so every time they passed over the stupid thing would go off and wake everyone up. It happened about 3 times a week. FUN.

Yeah, George wanted to name his kid Seven or Soda. It's totally a Seinfeld episode this naming thing. However, it looks like her name will likely be Juno. The boys liked it better than any of the names I suggested (

) but it's pretty cute I think.

I'm not sure what happened on that second snatch, but the last one was good. All my jerks were also good w/no press outs at all. I'm convinced it had everything to do with the PSL that I consumed beforehand.

Unfortunately, my film crew was not with me so no vids this time.

They're PLVs! I loves the Louboutins but they are just too damn expensive! Each season they get more outrageous. These PLVs are really cute though and suprisingly comfortable.
