It was totally PSL fueled on Saturday! I think today's meh workout was all due to a lack of PSL. Hmmmm, I'm detecting a trend.

Really good workout this morning. Today was light/technical work.

Warmup - dynamic, stretching, bar

Snatch - 10x1x20kg

C&J - 10x1x25kg

PPBH - 3x20kg, 3x30kg, 3x40kg, 3x42.5kg, 2x3x43.5kg

GHRs - 3x10xBW

that's it. Did some extra stretching afterwards and then took a walk. Where the hell did Fall go? It's COLD here already.

It's been snowing here since noon. Bah. (See my FB for photos.)

Replied to your email ... but question ... did the chiro check out the SI clunking with the leg lowering exercise? What did he say if so?

Ok, so I am going to make a confession in here. Last week, I decided I would go for the non-fat PSL. I do really well, order it up and could. not. say. no. to the whipped cream! I was so embarrassed. Thankfully, the guy said it happens all the time. I love the whipped cream!

We really didn't get a fall, I keep hoping deep down that it is still to come. Probably being delusional though, huh?

I didn't ask him. I will next time.

Nothing wrong with a little whipped cream. I won't tell. I'm psyched! It's Saturday and that's when I have my PSL and bagel for breakfast!

No! What's good?

Trained today . Not a great session. It's freakin' cold out and I forgot how much it sucks to train in cold weather. Takes forever to warm up and I was just not feelin' it today. Tired, sore, blech.

Snatch - 2x2x20kg, 2x2x25kg, 1x28kg, 1x30kg, 1x33kg, 6x1x35kg, 1x37kg, 1x39kg, 1x40kg, 1x42kg, 1x43kg, 2x1x44kg, 1x40kg ,1x35kg

C&J - worked up to 35kg and did about 5 there and called it a day.

Hoping tomorrow is mo bettah.

I know I should stretch, but it's the one thing I never really do.

Sadly it seems that we've missed fall completely around our areas. I understand it's to warm up a little next week, but only for the week. Our average temps should be in the 50s and we're definitely getting 40s only on the good days. Could an early freeze mean a mild winter (she says hopefully)?

Forgot to log yesterday's workout.

Warmup - the usual

Front Squat - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x50kg, 1x55kg, 1x60kg, 1x62.5kg, 1x65kg, 1x68.5kg

Rack Jerks - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x1x40kg, 2x1x42.5kg, 1x45kg, 3x1x47.5kg, 1x50kg, 1x52.5kg, 1x55kg, 1x50kg, 1x45kg, 1x40kg

that's it. Pretty decent workout. Much better than Saturday.

We also picked our PUPPY yesterday!!! She's adorable. Still deciding on a name, but we pick her up in early November so we still have time to decide. I'll post some pictures later.

Hey, a workout!

Warmup - dynamic, stretching, bar

Snatch - singles, worked up to 45kg. Good session today.

Was planning some back squats, but my SI area was sore today (dammit!). Luckily, had a rolfing appointment today, so all is now well.

Lol...it's not me holding the dog, it's the breeder. Our girl has a teal colored ribbon to tell her apart from the other dogs. She's Teal Ribbon Girl until she gets a proper name.
