Can't wait to have my Saturday morning PSL with all this talk of them.

Took an awesome 3 mile walk this morning in the beautiful fall weather. This is the perfect time of year around here - it's a shame it doesn't last longer. Wore my new Miu Miu motorcycle boots yesterday too. Yay for boot weather!!!

Those look very similar to my Frye's:

ETA: OK, for some reason I can't post an image....but anyway....they look almost identical!

Yeah, i have some mid-calf Frye's too. The Frye's have a squarer toe, are not to the knee, have different leather and I think are a little more casual. Same concept though. Sons of Anarchy chic!

Yes! It's an English Golden Retreiver / Poodle mix aka Goldendoodle. I'm soooooo excited! Will have pics in October when puppy selection happens.

Goldendoodle? That is the cutest sounding thing ever.

The boots are dope, too. I am finding myself in need of some boots like those after purchasing my fist pair of skinny jeans. Yikes!

Yay for skinny jeans! Yeah, goldendoodles are super cute. I would be happy with any dog actually, but my husband is allergic to some dogs and goldendoodles don't shed and are good for peeps with allergies. They're also super cute and shaggy with a golden retriever personality.

Nice workout, Jill!!!

I love the no-shedding thing. In fact, that was one of my requirements when I was puppy shopping, too! Poodle mixes are great because they get all the smarts from the poodle and the no shedding thing.

So-so training today. Not horrible, but not great either. Had a sort of crappy night's sleep last night.

Warmup - dynamic, stretching, bar (adding some new warmups to the mix to try to address this nagging SI problem that has been plaguing me forever)

Snatch - 2x2x20kg, 2x25kg, 1x27.5kg, 2x1x30kg, 1x32.5kg, 5x1x35kg, 1x37.5kg, 1x38.5kg, 1x40kg, 1x42.5kg, 1x43.5kg, 1x40kg, 1x35kg, 3x1xbar

Front Squat - 2x20kg, 1x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x50kg, 1x55kg, 1x60kg, 1x65kg, 1x67.5kg

I was planning to test my max for front squats this week but my SI is being touchy again so I'm going to back off a bit and see how it feels. I definitely don't want to mess it up. 67.5kg was pretty easy though.

I currently stretch before I train as well as right after...plus every evening. On non-training days I do a longer stretching session. I'm stretch-tastic!

Snatch - 10x1x20kg

C&J - 10x1x25kg

Back Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 5x2x40kg

Lots of stretching after and a trip to the chiro to get my SI worked on. Feeling pretty good today.

Thanks Greg! I think they're pretty hawt too. Hey Bree, my SI was feeling much better today. Fingers crossed that it stays that way.

Trained today. It's weird though...I swear I posted my workout already today . I must have just previewed my post and then not actually posted it.

Warmups - dynamic, stretching, bar warmup

C&J - 2x2x20kg, 2x25kg, 1x30kg, 3x1x35kg, 1x40kg, 1x42.5kg, 1x45kg, 2x1x47.5kg, 1x50kg, 1x52.5kg, 1x50kg, 1x45kg, 1x35kg

Front Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x50kg, 1x55kg, 1x60kg, 4x1x65kg

Done. Overall, a good workout. Day off tomorrow.

Really good training today despite it getting a lot colder. Takes me longer to warm up.

Warmups - dynamic, stretching, bar warmups

Snatch - 2x2x20kg, 2x1x25kg, 1x28kg, 1x30kg, 1x32kg, 5x1x35kg, 1x37kg, 1x39kg, 1x40kg, 1x41kg, 1x42kg, 1x43kg, 1x44kg, 1x45kg, 1x46kg (TPR), 47kg (PR), 40x1kg, 35kg

C&J - 2x1x25kg, 1x30kg, 2x1x35kg, 1x38kg, 1x41kg, 1x43kg, 2x1x45kg, 1x48kg, 1x50kg, 1x52kg, 1x45kg, 1x35kg

Done. Got a training PR and a PR in the snatch today. No misses at all during this practice ... so I'm pleased. Had to stop at 52kg for C&J because I was simply too damn tired.

Squats tomorrow.
