Isn't he the cutest? He was so good at this meet and was pretty quiet for the most part.

I am totally designating PSL as my pre-meet beverage of choice. What's gonna happen when they go out of season?

subbing a WM is a good alternative. nearly identical nutrition facts, and the same type syrup.

Trained today, but was really feeling outta gas.
Warmups - stretching + dynamic
Rack Jerks - worked up to 45kg. These really sucked today so instead of reinforcing bad technique I just decided to stop
Front squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 6x2x50kg
DB OHP - 2x5x30#
that's it.

Looks great to me, Jill!
I managed ONE OHP with 30# the other day. LOL!

Love the new phrase! I totally got a PSL Friday and chalked it up to the pre-pre race drink of champions! LOL!
Workouts look good! Jeans weather is on it's way, huh?

winter drinks are coming out in a few weeks (gingerbread and eggnog). GBL may be a suitable replacement.

Do they take away the PSL when the winter drinks come out?!?
I think I recall having a Gingerbread one and really loving it last year.
OMG, winter is on it's way. Boo hiss.
