Yeah, sammiches are the best. It's my favorite post-workout meal.

Trained with my coach today .

Warmups

Snatch - 2x2x20kg, 3x1x25kg, 1x27kg, 1x29kg, 1x31kg, 1x33kg, 5x1x35kg, 1x37kg, 1x38kg, 1x39kg, 1x40kg, 1x41kg, 1x42kg, 1x43kg, 1x44kg, 2x1x45kg, 1x40kg, 1x35kg

C&J - 2x1x25kg, 1x29kg, 1x31kg, 2x1x35kg, 1x38kg, 5x1x40kg, 1x44kg, 1x46kg, 1x48kg, 1x50kg

Done. Saturday workouts wipe me out. Snatched 45kg twice today really fast and clean . Wanted to try for 46 but coach said no - I should end my day on a high note. Wise coach once again. Worked up to 50kg on C&J and just decided to call it a day since I was pretty beat. Jerks were good though.

Tomorrow = squats.

Ooph...tired today. One more week of hard training and then I'll be taking a few days off because I'll be travelling for work. I totally need the break!

Warmups

Front Squats - 1x20, 1x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x50kg, 1x55kg, 1x60kg, 4x1x65kg

Rack Jerks - 3x1x20kg, 2x1x30kg, 1x40kg, 1x42.5kg, 2x1x45kg, 1x47.5kg, 3x1x50kg, 3x1x52.5kg

PPBH - 2x3x42.5, 1x4x40kg

Walking Lunges - 2x10x30# DBs

GHRs - 2x10xBW+5# plate held behind head

Planning a big stretching session tonight. I'm sore lately.

Warmups - stretching and dynamic

Front Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 6x6x50kg (!!! yowza !!!)

Push Press - 3x20kg, 3x30kg, 3x40kg, 3x41kg, 4x42kg

Reverse Hyper - 2x10xBW+10# DB between feet

I've been busy ... new job ... puppy ... school stuff with the chitlens ... our big ass party this Saturday ... going up to NH every weekend ... etc etc etc. Bah. Should settle down in a few weeks.

Oh hey, trained this morning.

Warmups - dynamic, stretching, bar

C&J - 3x20kg, 2x25kg, 1x30kg, 1x35kg, 1x40kg, 2x42.5kg, 5x1x45kg

Front Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 6x2x50kg

PPBH - 3x40kg, 3x42.5kg, 3x42.5kg, 3x44.5kg, 1x45kg

That's it. Keeping the OL stuff very light while I do this squat program (except on saturdays). Taking next week off for the most part while I'm traveling. I have a meet on the 19th too. Yay!

luv the boots but I wouldn't know what to wear them with!! OTOH, I am doing super with my miu miu wood platforms! a total statement wherever I wear them. last time was at our med school faculty appreciation dinner, and one of my very conservative, quiet students spotted them from across the room, scurried over and said, "OMG Dr. W those are SOOOO you!" I haven't ever seen that much energy from him, lol.
