Warmups - stuff
Front Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 6x5x50kg
Snatch - 2x2x20kg, 2x2x25kg, 1x27.5kg, 1x30kg, 1x32.5kg 6x1x35kg
PP Behind Head - 3x20kg, 3x30kg, 3x40kg, 3x3x42.5kg
Phew, done. I planned to do more snatches but after doing 6 reps at 35kg I was like...okay, that's enough for today, and went home and watched the shield.
good job!

Hmmm...not sure about that. I'm feeling pretty good lately though. My CTS still bothers me on occasion, but I'm trying to keep ahead of things.
Training today was tough. This squat program is killin' me. Even my "light" workout felt hard.
Warmups - stuff
Reverse Hypers 2x10xBW+10#DB
Rack Jerks - 3x20kg, 3x1x30kg, 1x35kg, 1x40kg, 1x42.5kg, 2x1x45kg, 1x47.5kg, 2x1x50kg, 2x1x51kg, 5x1x52.5kg
Push Press - 3x3x40kg, 1x5x30kg
Front Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 6x2x50kg
CG Rows - 5x45kg, 5x47.5kg
Done. Big sammich time.

Yeah, sammiches are the best. It's my favorite post-workout meal.
Trained with my coach today .
Warmups
Snatch - 2x2x20kg, 3x1x25kg, 1x27kg, 1x29kg, 1x31kg, 1x33kg, 5x1x35kg, 1x37kg, 1x38kg, 1x39kg, 1x40kg, 1x41kg, 1x42kg, 1x43kg, 1x44kg, 2x1x45kg, 1x40kg, 1x35kg
C&J - 2x1x25kg, 1x29kg, 1x31kg, 2x1x35kg, 1x38kg, 5x1x40kg, 1x44kg, 1x46kg, 1x48kg, 1x50kg
Done. Saturday workouts wipe me out. Snatched 45kg twice today really fast and clean . Wanted to try for 46 but coach said no - I should end my day on a high note. Wise coach once again. Worked up to 50kg on C&J and just decided to call it a day since I was pretty beat. Jerks were good though.
Tomorrow = squats.

PPBH - 2x3x42.5, 1x4x40kg

4x4 at 90% will be great, 3x3 at 95% will be epic.

luv the boots but I wouldn't know what to wear them with!! OTOH, I am doing super with my miu miu wood platforms! a total statement wherever I wear them. last time was at our med school faculty appreciation dinner, and one of my very conservative, quiet students spotted them from across the room, scurried over and said, "OMG Dr. W those are SOOOO you!" I haven't ever seen that much energy from him, lol.

Yeah, I wear them with jeans. They look great w/the jeans cuffed up. Very skinhead-esque.
