Absolutely! The hardest part of w/using the 25 is how to get it from the hook on the GHR bench to your chest. Once there, it's fine. With the 10 it seems so easy and then you go down for the first rep and you're like...OMG WTF how am I gonna get back up. It was all good though.

what i do is either put the plate on the edge of the handle like you said, or just balance the plate on the pad. When i get on the ghr, i just pick the plate off the pad. You should be able to do this since your knees don't sit on top of the pad.

I guess that explains why she's good at physical therapy.

OK, I still don't get the physical therapy reference ... physical therapy is a far cry from a massage parlor where you get to leave with a "smile".
Obviously you've never had PT Tom! We are referred to often as "physical terrorists" or "pain and torture". Never anything to do with sex. That would be yucky.

You are forgiven Aoife, but only because you are in the midst of finals and under stress. Next time...look out!

Physical therapy for the aftermath of one your sexual adventures was what I was getting at. Strains, pulls, that sort of thing.
