Halting Cleans - 2x20kg, 2x25kg, 2x30kg, 2x35kg, 3x2x40kg, 2x42.5kg, 2x43.5kg
Speed Front Squats - 2x50kg, 4x2x52.5kg
CG Rows 4x40kg, 2x4x42.5kg
Done. Not bad for a post-travel-day training session.

Lifted with my coach today . The warmer weather makes it so much more enjoyable. Lifting in the garage during the dead of winter = COLD.

Trained yesterday and forgot to log it. Driving to the gym I felt great and was thinking I would have an awesome workout. BUT, it not to be.
Warmups - sots press, drop snatch, SG shrugs, SG scarecrow, DH Snatch
Halting Snatch - 3x2x20kg, 2x25kg, 3x2x30kg, 2x2x35kg (these were a disaster...had to take it back down to the bar and start over)
Halting Snatch part deux - 2x20kg, 2x25kg, 2x2x30kg, 2x2x35kg (better, but still not great)
Pin Squats - 2x20kg, 2x30kg, 2x40kg, 4x2x45kg
SG Pulls to Knee - 2x3x45kg, 3x55kg
Done. Managed to salvage this workout despite wanting to walk at one point.

I always forget to write those down properly. FRONT pin squats. I haven't back squated in forever so when I think squats I think front squats.
