Oh hey, a workout! Wasn't feelin' great today, but I went anyway. I'm feeling a little run down so I'm glad this upcoming week is light volume for me.
Snatches - worked on technique today. Did lots of singles w/just 30kg. Actually not feeling too horrible technique-wise, just not feeling overly energetic today.
Bulgarian Split Squats w/a Jump - BB on back and one set of chains. Don't try these at home kids. 3x3xwhatever the bar + chains weighs.
Calf rehab work. 3x12 full ROM raises per leg w/10# DB
Good thing you've got figure skater balance. If I tried that I'd be in the hospital.

Chalk it up as a shitty workout... sounds like you aren't 100% healthy to begin with, chica. Don't hurt yourself.
Are those being done on the GHR bench? And how tall are you?

So I decided to take the rest of the week off workout-wise. Feeling better already. Getting extra sleep, doing some extra stretching, all that fun stuff. Today and tomorrow I'm in NYC on bizniss and Saturday I'll be lifting with the coach.
